The European Court for Human Rights recently requested the Greek government to submit which measures they have taken regarding the threat of Covid-19, especially to protect vulnerable people in the Reception and Identification Centre on Samos. The government's answers were woefully inadequate, revealed the dramatic unpreparedness of the authorities and did not even mention vulnerable people and their special needs.
